Birmingham Jazz – putting the “nd” back into Legend

Legend – it’s an overused word these days. Well, that’s not entirely true. It’s an overused word in its abbreviated form, as used by posh boys at uni, played to extreme perfection here by Jack Whitehall as JP in the TV series Fresh Meat.

But Birmingham Jazz reclaims the word in its unabbreviated form and pays tribute all this weekend to a few in the jazz world, centring upon Miles Davis, in its JQJAZZ15 Legends Festival.

Join them and, who knows, maybe some of the players you hear will become Legends themselves one day.
