Like the proverbial buses the festivals all arrive at once! Tonight an excellent array of gigs starts at a favourite Birmingham city centre pub.
The Old Joint Stock Jazz Fest it’s calling itself, drummer and Spotted Dog jazz co-organiser Jonathan Silk has put the programme together and it begins this evening.
All the gigs start at 7pm and here is the line-up:
Tonight 8 July: Holly Thomas Quartet
Tomorrow 9 July: Chris Young Group
Friday 10 July: Three Step Manoeuvre
Wednesday 15 July: Dan Bayliss Quartet
Thursday 16 July: Toby Boalch Trio
Friday 17 July: Neon Villages
As Jonathan says: “Lovely venue, great ales, excellent music, what more could you want?”
