London Jazz Festival – where to go to read all about it

Well, it’s not here, I’m afraid. Due to circumstances slightly outside of thejazzbreakfast’s control, we’re unable to be 120 miles further south during the next couple of weeks, and must content ourselves with thoughts of next year’s London Jazz Festival.

But, we know where you can go:

Hang about outside LondonJazz’s hi-tech hub at dawn and you will see its crack team of reviewers, illustrators, you name it, streaming out, coffee cartons in hand, pens poised, ears aglow with anticipation for the delights ahead… 18 hours later they will return, notebooks crammed with reflections and insights. And they will do this day after day after day for the duration of the festival.

So, if you want to know what’s coming up, go to the London Jazz Festival website here. And if you want to know how it went, or how it’s still going, head for the LondonJazz blog site here.

And, of course, if you want to know what’s happening in the English Midlands while all that is going on down South – and there is quite a lot, as it happens – we’d be really grateful if you would stay right here.

  1. Extraordinary sycophancy!

  2. Ha ha! Or fond friendship! Let the readers decide. And by the way, I’m happy to give a plug to any other independent blogs writing about and reviewing LJF gigs. Just nod me the wink…
